Great location and comfortable accommodation. We stayed in ‘Opera’ which was a two bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is en-suite to the master room, and the toilet is opposite the front door. The room had everything we needed and close to restaurants, supermarket (right downstairs) and the metro stop ‘Franklin D. Roosevelt’ It was fantastic being able to store our bags on the day of departure. Water was provided and tea / coffee facilities.

The location of the property is exceptional. It’s 5 mins walk from the Franklin D. Roosevelt station, along the main Champs Elysees shopping belt. The room was relatively new and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette is complete with a microwave/ oven, and a small fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.

This small boutique hotel has so much to offer!! The staff we met (Rania, Youcef, Lucy) were all very friendly, professional, and helpful 😊 The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable to sleep in The location of the property was perfect and the grocery store next door was a bonus The daily cleaning service was great The kitchenette and fridge was a very useful There are also great cafes on rue Marbeuf that where we enjoyed late night dinners after a day of siteseeing The room was air conditioned which was very much appreciated when we visited in August

location excellent- stuff very friendly- very helpful especially Mrs.Amina she helped us a-lot with directions. Room is cosy and clean and you can find everything you need. they even have charger plugs and bag scale when needed. thank you

The location was amazing, in the heart of the Champs Elysee with a grocery store right next to it. It was very clean and the hospitality was top notch. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

The location was wonderful, with a convenience store downstairs, close to the metro, just off the champs Elysee, great restaurants and bars all around. Short walk to a monoprix to buy delicious ready meals. The facilities of the hotel are some of the best I’ve ever had and all staff were so lovely but one in particular went above and beyond, Thankyou Kim!

The staff were so helpful and wonderful. My daughter fell sick and they were exceptional in cleaning our room, and just caring people who wanted to make sure she was alright. I really appreciate their kindness. They went above and beyond to assist and help us! Thankyou!!!

This property blew us away, from the moment we arrived to witness how central we were to everything to the hospitality apron arrival. It was my sons 6th birthday and our room was set up with balloons and decorations personalised to him. You went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank you enough! Would visit again in a heart beat. Room so clean and spacious decorated beautifully. Wow thank you for a trip we will remember forever.

The place is beautifully designed, very clean and organized – just like in the pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need. There’s an elevator and wide stairs, and the location is great – very close to Avenue des Champs-Élysées and super convenient!

I was worried about bed bugs infestation before our trip but the hotel was as spotless as possible and my concern was relieved while I stepped in the room and saw how clean it was. The staff are so friendly. Location is great, very close to the Chams Elysees street and most of tourist attractions.
